You're buying the shaver you see. GREAT shape overall! The battery holds a charge fine. I did my absolute best to clean and sanitize the cutters/foils - they are used, but still cut just fine. SEE PICTURES FOR PROOF OF CONDITION! Unfortunately, the power cord was starting to degrade and fall apart. I had to throw it away. You'll need to supply your own!!! Please keep in mind these electric shavers work best on trimmed beard stubble less than 1/8" in length. If you have really coarse (like, abnormally coarse) hair, you should probably be shaving traditionally. 15
