You can tell it from the brown shipper box. It was displayed in a museum pose inside a glass sealed case for a month when I bought it years ago and was put back to the box since. No major issues. May have some small imperfections here and there due to normal usage/age/HT's QC, but is overall in good presentable condition. Box may not be 100% mint, but is still in good condition. Accessories are complete and basically unused. Batteries may need replacing due to their age. This discontinued figure is listed as used and the condition is SOLD AS IS .
